Shipping & handling fees are not refundable.

No returns on cut cordage or wands.

All other parts are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Parts must be returned within 14 days.
You are responsible for all return postage charges.

To insure you order the proper part...It's best to remove the part from the actual blind you are trying to fix and match it up with one of the pictures
